The double-head vertical large-size double-wire wrapper adopts the integrated transmission, with the rotational speed and the traction speed being steplessly adjustable.

The machine adopts the magnetic powder clutch control to achieve the constant tension winding, eliminating the impact on product quality due to unstable frictional tension in the winding. 

The wrapper is a double-layer type, which can complete the wrapping work of two layers of wires at one time. The two layers of wires are opposite in direction, and it it suitable for the production of double-layer wire-wrapped products (also single-layer wires); With "mold wrapping accessories" for better appearance quality, it is the ideal equipment for producing high quality large-size wires.
